Darius Rucker will combine his love 'fore' golf with his passion for ACM Lifting Lives by hosting the 2013 Lifting Lives Celebrity Golf Classic in Las Vegas for a second consecutive year.

The Golf Classic, coming up on its seventh year in all, brings together country music stars, record label executives and other members of the music community in an effort to raise support benefiting the Diane Holcomb Emergency Relief Fund, which serves those in need in the country music industry.

The 'Wagon Wheel' hitmaker has been deeply involved with ACM Lifting Lives, including a memorable and heartwarming rendition of 'Music From the Heart' in 2011 with campers from the ACM Lifting Lives Music Camp. Additionally, he penned 'Together, Anything is Possible' to help raise support for PGA's charitable initiatives.

This beneficiary-driven event will lead up to the 48th annual ACMs, one of the most prestigious and exciting events in country music, featuring some of country's biggest and brightest stars. It will take place on Apr. 6 as part of 'The Week Vegas Goes Country' at TPC Las Vegas.

Rucker will head out on the road soon after the Golf Classic, kicking off his 2013 True Believers Tour with Rodney Atkins, Justin Moore, and Jana Kramer. While he may be too busy for a game of golf during his tour, at least he'll be in good company! In conjunction with his tour, Rucker is set to release his upcoming album this spring.
