Dierks Bentley Announces European Tour Dates for 2016

Dierks Bentley has announced the dates and venues for a special series of shows set for Europe in 2016.

The country star wrapped his very successful Sounds of Summer Tour in early October. That run visited cities all over the U.S. and featured special guests Canaan Smith, Maddie & Tae and Kip Moore.

Bentley has announced four European shows for April of 2016, kicking off in Dublin, Ireland on April 21 and visiting London and Manchester before wrapping up in Glasgow on April 24. The short run of dates follows up two previous tours of the U.K., including a sold-out date last year at London's 02 Area that "blew the roof off," according to the BBC.

“We've been coming to Europe and slowly building a fan base since 2006, but it feels like something has really clicked recently,” Bentley says in a press release. “The volume and size of the crowd last year really blew my band and I away and we've been talking about coming back ever since we walked offstage. We can't wait for this tour!"

The upcoming dates feature rising singer-songwriter Tucker Beathard as Bentley's special guest. Tickets are slated to go on sale on Friday (Dec. 4) at 9AM local time via Bentley's official website.

Bentley's current single, "Riser," is the title song and fifth single from his critically acclaimed seventh studio album, which has been nominated for ACM, CMA and Grammy Awards and has spawned three consecutive No. 1 singles.
