This week, Dierks Bentley will be surrounded by women. And, not just any women -- he'll sit down next to Barbara Walters, Whoopi Goldberg, Joy Behar, Sherri Shepherd and Elisabeth Hasselbeck on the lively talk show 'The View.'

In addition to co-hosting on Friday (July 26), the 37-year-old country star will reveal his new single to fans, making it a truly must-see television appearance. The song is off his forthcoming and deeply personal album 'Riser,' which he's already described as being darker and moodier than his previous work. It will be exciting to see which song Bentley has chosen to reveal as his next single following 'Bourbon in Kentucky,' which had vocal help from Kacey Musgraves.

During Bentley's pit stop in New York, there's sure to be a whole lot of lively discussion between the singer and the ladies, and we know he's not afraid to speak his mind -- especially given his recent strong reaction to the controversial Rolling Stone cover issue. The talk show, which covers current issues and news items ranging from political issues to celebrity news, will benefit from Bentley's dose of spirited testosterone.

'The View' has had several other country artists co-host, including LeAnn Rimes, Kellie Pickler and Gretchen Wilson. Bentley's episode will air at 10AM CT on ABC. After the show, he will get back on the tour bus for the Locked & Reloaded Tour with his pal and fellow country star Miranda Lambert.
