Dustin Lynch’s ‘Mind Reader’ Lyric Video Brings the Spark [Watch]

Dustin Lynch likes a mind reader. Even more than that, he appreciates a girl who will make the first move.

"News flash! Ladies, we love it when you make the first move,” Lynch says in a press release for his latest single. "'Mind Reader' is about a girl knowing what she wants and what her guy wants even before he does."

In the lyric video for the new single, a couple are shown hand-in-hand headed for a night out. While they have fun with friends at a bonfire, it's when they're alone that the sparks really fly. The video rewinds back in time to show how the night brought them together as if the girl was able to read his mind the entire time, knowing just how she could make his evening a little more special.

"Baby you're a little mind, baby you're a little mind reader / Yeah that's what you are / You play it off a little shy but baby you're a heart stealer," Lynch sings at the chorus.

"Mind Reader" was co-written by Lynch, Rhett Akins and Ben Hayslip. It follows Lynch's two consecutive No. 1 songs from his sophomore album, Where It’s At, including the multi-Platinum title track and "Hell of a Night."
