Easton Corbin on Kissing Scene in ‘Clockwork’ Video: ‘It Was a Little Awkward’

If you've seen Easton Corbin's 'Clockwork' music video, you know there are some pretty steamy shots between him and the gorgeous blonde with whom he has a few flings. Although he looked totally at ease (and into it) during the video, he admits that filming some of those scenes was uncomfortable.

"I'm not really an actor," he admits to Taste of Country Nights. "It was a little awkward." There were no rehearsals, and he also didn't know the gal playing his love interest, making it quite the interesting experience for Corbin.

Even though he didn't feel completely natural behind the camera, he definitely felt confident about 'Clockwork' from the very beginning. "I remember first hearing the song ... I loved the melody. Of course, as I listened to the lyrics, I felt like it's something' that probably everybody's went through at some point in their life."

The singer, who is readying his third record, says that 'Clockwork' is a "good representation of what this record's gonna be," but fans can also look forward to some traditional country music on the album too.
