The Eli Young Band couldn't wipe the smiles off their faces on Monday night (Jan. 9) as they performed their recent No. 1 hit, 'Crazy Girl,' on 'The Tonight Show With Jay Leno.'

The band looked at ease on the prestigious stage as frontman Mike Eli belted out the lyrics flawlessly. The rest of the band's musicianship was tight and on par with the song that soared to the top in late 2011.

'Crazy Girl,' penned by Lee Brice and Liz Rose, helped solidify the career of the Eli Young Band last year, when it became their first platinum-selling single, exceeding over one million digital downloads. That same year, the tune was named Billboard’s No. 1 Country Song of the Year. The single continued to do well for the Texas-based band, selling over 52,000 copies just last week alone.

The Eli Young Band's next single from their 'Life at Best' album will be 'Even If It Breaks Your Heart,' which will impact country radio on Jan. 23.
