The late Elizabeth Taylor was understandably busy, what with being one of the world's most treasured Academy Award-winning actresses and all. But Taylor always took the time to remember her good friend, country legend Johnny Cash, on his birthday, which fell a day before her own -- and she never let him forget it.

Cash's eldest daughter, Rosanne, took to Twitter on Wednesday -- the day of Taylor's passing -- to share an unknown quip about the jewelry-studded star's thoughtful ways. "Every year Elizabeth Taylor sent my dad a telegram (yes, telegram) for his birthday. It said: 'Remember, I'm younger than you!' (by 1 day)," she tweeted.

Rosanne even wrote back to one follower who admired her story, adding, "Isn't that cute? I was with him one time when it arrived . He chuckled and showed me, said 'She sends this every year.'"

Apparently, the Dame wanted to keep a running reminder with the Man in Black that he was one day her elder. Cash was born Feb. 26, 1932, and Taylor made her way into the world the next day.

Like Taylor remembered Cash, the world now remembers Taylor as one of the many greats who left a mark on the entertainment world.
