Multiple country stars have signed on to pay tribute to a music legend. Keith Urban, Miranda Lambert, Maren Morris and Little Big Town will all take part in the CBS special, Elton John I'm Still Standing - A Grammy Salute, airing in 2018.

The special is set to tape on Jan. 30 at the famous Madison Square Garden in New York City, with a variety of artists performing songs as a tribute to John's illustrious career. In addition to the four major country acts, Miley Cyrus, John Legend, Sam Smith, Chris Martin of Coldplay and Kesha have been announced as performers.

"Sir Elton John is an international music legend who has captivated audiences across generations for more than five decades," says Neil Portnow, President/CEO of the Recording Academy (quote via Billboard). "His creativity, dynamic presence, and melodic virtuosity have positioned him as a cultural icon, and the Recording Academy is pleased to honor his immeasurable contributions to the music community."

"Elton’s songs are such classics. They’re beautifully written lyrically and melodically," adds Ken Ehrlich, executive producer of AEG Ehrlich Ventures.

LBT and Urban participated in a similar program when they paid tribute to the Bee Gees in 2017. Little Big Town also performed at the Grammy Awards alongside Tori Kelly, Andra Day and Demi Lovato singing one of the Bee Gees' famous hits, "How Deep Is Your Love."

The 2018 Grammy Awards will air live from Madison Square Garden on Jan. 28 — the 60th anniversary of the iconic awards show. Urban, Little Big Town, Morris and Lambert are all nominated for multiple awards at the ceremony.
