After announcing new tour dates for 2015 -- and just days before he stops by Madison Square Garden for the first time in eight years -- Eric Church visited 'The Tonight Show' on Wednesday (Oct. 15). There, he delivered his latest single, 'Talladega,' for Jimmy Fallon and fans around the country who stayed up late to tune in.

"Our next guest has scored two straight chart-topping albums, he's in the midst of a huge tour which visits Madison Square Garden right here in New York on Friday," Fallon began, introducing the country outlaw. "Here to perform 'Talladega' from his album, 'The Outsiders,' please welcome Eric Church."

Church took the 'Tonight Show' stage rocking his signature look of Ray-Ban aviators and a T-shirt. Of course he came armed with his best accessory, his acoustic guitar, which he strummed as he reminisced about good times with his pals, taking a dramatic pause before beginning the 'Talladega' chorus.

Under the orange lights, backed by his full band, Church didn't disappoint. He appeared to be having a good time, smiling and joking before a guitar solo with one of his band members. Fallon was clearly impressed -- he smiled throughout and was quick to shake Church's hand after the song ended.

Church will kick off the second leg of his wildly popular the Outsiders World Tour in early 2015. Full tour dates are here.
