Eric Paslay just released his music video for 'Song About a Girl,' and there sure are a lot of girls. The video is set like a music film screen test -- with lots of leading ladies.

Paslay's video for his newest single showcases the singer-songwriter rockin' his signature ball cap and casual clothes in front of a green screen with a variety of images. The video was shot in Nashville, and directed by Wes Edwards.

The 'Friday Night' singer couldn't decide on just one girl for the song to be about -- so he chose many. He tweeted the news Monday (June 2), saying, "Had a great time making it in Nashville!"

In the video, the director holds a chalkboard with the women's titles before they showcase their "talents." From the femme fatale to the starlet and the cowgirls in between, Paslay shows he's not partial. Paslay sings into an old mic and plays guitar to the song he co-wrote, while the women are shown from frame to frame.

In the straightforward song he sings, “This ain’t about Chevys / Ain’t about money / Ain’t about blue suede shoes, coo-coo-ca-choos / Got nothin’ to do with that," and proves that it really is just all about a girl.

Paslay will take his 'Song About a Girl' to the Taste of Country Music Festival, which takes place June 13-15 at Hunter Mountain in New York. The full lineup for the ToC Music Festival is here.
