Florida Georgia Line are taking their superstar status to a new stage! The duo will host the inaugural American Country Countdown Awards on Dec. 15.

The new awards show is based on the popular radio show fronted by Kix Brooks, the American Country Countdown, and will live on Fox. Brian Kelley and Tyler Hubbard will host live from the Music City Center in downtown Nashville.

The ACCAs will take the place of the American Country Awards, Fox's former country awards show. Thus far, only the hosts and one award -- the NASH Icon award -- have been announced. Presenters and performers will be revealed in the coming months. The new show will follow the CMA Awards by roughly a month.

Last year, Florida Georgia Line won four American Country Awards, and the duo could be nominated again this year under the show's new premise. Although there's no word if the duo will also perform during the evening, they will play during the Season 3 premiere of 'Nashville.'

The 2014 American Country Countdown Awards air Monday, Dec. 15 at 8PM ET on Fox.
