After encountering problems with ticket sales for three of his Atlanta concerts, Garth Brooks held a meeting with Ticketmaster. Now, he's adding even more shows in the Southern hub.

Ticketmaster's website wasn't ready for the onslaught of fans and large volume of traffic when Brooks' Atlanta concerts went on sale, and sales were suspended as a result. But it seems they've worked out the kinks, as the country superstar has announced an additional Sept. 20 show at the Phillips Arena, this time for 10:30PM. He's even decided to stick around Georgia an extra day, adding a Sept. 21 show for 7:30PM.

Brooks is happy with the solution -- and Ticketmaster.

"I couldn't ask for a better partner," he gushes. "Ticketmaster's scalper screening system is a wonderful idea ... with that said, all I saw were tickets on every scalping site and the people that just wanted to come to the show could not get in. The folks at Ticketmaster were totally devoted to achieving our mutual goal .... that the on sale this Saturday runs faster and creates an easier process for people who want to come to the show."

Tickets for the new Brooks Atlanta shows go on sale Aug. 16 at 9AM ET, but there is a six ticket limit per person. Seats can be purchased through Ticketmaster's website, by calling 1 (800) 745-3000 or by calling Ticketmaster express at 1 (866) 448-7849.

Thus far, Atlanta is only the second city announced as part of Garth Brooks' monstrous worldwide tour, joining Chicago, where he's set to play ten shows.
