Tickets for Garth Brooks' May 14 concert in Grand Rapids, Mich., were to go on sale Friday morning, and they did. But fans were shocked to learn they could also buy tickets to five other Brooks shows at the same venue.

According to MLive, Brooks will now play six shows at Van Andel Arena between May 12 and May 15. Tickets for all six shows will cost $74.98 (fees included), and all six shows are on sale as of 10AM Friday morning.

The additional shows alter the schedule to look like this:

May 12 at 7:30PM
May 13 at 7PM and 10:30PM
May 14 at 7PM and 10:30PM
May 15 at 7:30PM

Tickets are selling at a record pace, as they have at most of Brooks' World Tour stops with wife Trisha Yearwood. The trek began in Chicago on Sept. 4 2014 and was expected to last for three years. So far Brooks has only played American and Canadian dates, typically two or more in each city. While most artists plan tours in the most logistically convenient ways, Brooks jumps around the country. As a result, every stop feels like a once-in-a-lifetime event.

Musically, the 2016 ACM Entertainer of the Year nominee has released Man Against Machine since announcing his comeback in 2014. Plans for a second album or other reported projects have been shelved for various reasons. He maintains that new music will come soon.

Brooks' World Tour will be in Columbus, Ohio the next weekends before traveling to Iowa and North Dakota for shows prior to his May Michigan stops.
