Garth Brooks – Most Famous Mullets
In January of 1993, Garth Brooks was already a huge country music superstar. While Billy Ray Cyrus is credited with the popularity of the Canadian passport in country music, Brooks is equally culpable. This picture is also a fun reminder of the full beard Brooks sported for his Superbowl XXVII performance.
