Garth Brooks is returning to perform in North Carolina for the first time in more than 16 years. The country icon has announced two shows in Greensboro, N.C. in November.

The shows are slated to take place on Friday, Nov. 21 at 7:30PM and Saturday, Nov. 22 at 7:30PM at the Greensboro Coliseum as part of the ongoing Garth Brooks World Tour, which has been selling out multiple dates and setting new records everywhere it plays. Marking Brooks' return to touring after more than a decade of retirement from the road, the shows feature Trisha Yearwood, performing alongside Brooks.

Both Brooks and Yearwood have new music to offer in the shows, too. He recently released 'People Loving People,' the lead single from his upcoming album, 'Man Against Machine,' which is set for release on Nov. 11. She's pushing 'PrizeFighter,' which features Kelly Clarkson and is the title song from her new album, which will drop on Nov. 17.

Tickets for the Greensboro shows will go on sale on Friday, Oct. 17 at 10AM ET via Ticketmaster, by calling 1-800-745-3000 or through Ticketmaster Express at 1-866-448-7849. There will be no sales at the venue box office or Ticketmaster outlets on Oct. 17.

Garth Brooks tickets will cost $57.14 plus $3.86 tax and a $6.00 service charge, totaling $67.00. There will be an eight-ticket limit per purchase.
