It’s Gary Allan’s House!

Plenty of pictures of Gary Allan's old digs were made available by Zillow when the house went on sale in 2011. It sold last October for just over $154K, a modest sum for a country superstar like Allan, but $17K over where Zillow had it priced. It's not clear if Allan lived in the house until that date, but he reportedly now lives just down the street, in same neighborhood as the three-bedroom home he once took off his boots in.

Granite counter tops and beautiful hardwood floors are two amenities that make this house attractive to prospective buyers. It was built on .35 acres in 1990.
