Gary Allan has triumphed in yet another Showdown and will compete for the Hall of Fame with his new single. But he's facing perhaps his toughest competition yet with the latest from Jason Aldean.

Allan's "Hangover Tonight" is a big change of pace from the darker, more brooding material he has favored in recent years. The fun track features a sexy R&B groove that is a surprising turn for the singer and has brought his fans out in droves to vote in the Showdown.

Aldean's "Tonight Looks Good on You" is a sexy mid-tempo ballad, continuing in the vein of "baby-making music" that he pursued with "Burnin' It Down." Written by three of Nashville's top songwriters in Rhett Akins, Ashley Gorley and Dallas Davidson, the song is almost certainly another ready-made hit for the superstar — but will it be enough to break Allan's streak, or will he win his way into the Hall of Fame in this Showdown?

Listen to clips of both Allan and Aldean’s songs and vote for your favorite here. You can vote once every hour until this Showdown ends on Friday at 8AM ET, so come back and vote often to be sure your artist wins. The winner of this matchup will face a new challenger on Friday.
