When George Strait won Entertainer of the Year at the 2014 ACM Awards, he made sure to thank his fans, calling them the best in the world. And when it comes to showing love back, the country crooner is always ready to put his money (or concert tickets) where his mouth is.

Longtime Strait fan and Paralympic athlete, Nikko Landeros was a member of the USA Sledge Hockey team that took home gold at the 2014 Winter Paralympics in Sochi. (Sledge hockey, also known as sled hockey, was created as a way to let people with physical disabilities play hockey.) And what was the one thing the gold medalist wanted after his big win? To see the country icon live in concert, of course!

And Strait was more than happy to comply. After Landeros plead his case on social media -- saying he had been to Russia and the White House and wanted to complete his bucket list with tickets to a Strait concert -- the 'I Got a Car' singer reached out himself via Twitter.

How's that for making dreams come true? Landeros attended Strait's sold-out concert in Denver and posted his thanks - and some killer photographic evidence - on Twitter.
