George Strait's 39th studio album will be in stores next month. The singer has just announced the song 'Here for a Good Time' will be the title-track to the new album, scheduled to be in stores and at digital retailers on September 6.

Strait is not just country music's all time hitmaker, but he has had more No. 1 songs than anyone in all music genres -- even including Elvis Presley. The new project holds 11 songs, seven of which were written by Strait, his son Bubba Strait and songwriter Dean Dillon. This trio wrote two songs together on Strait's most recent album 'Twang,' including the Top 5 hit, 'Living For the Night.' Dillon has written many of Strait's other recent hits.

Strait's website is giving fans a chance to pre-order an exclusive album package, which includes a t-shirt, poster and single download, beginning today, August 3. Doing so also enters one into a drawing to see Strait on tour in 2012.

According to a press release, 'Here for a Good Time' was recorded at Shrimpboat Sound Studio in Key West, Fla. -- the same place his previous three award-winning albums were recorded.
