Who says you lose your good looks once you hit 50? At 60 (a new 60), George Strait proves that looks can improve with age. AARP Magazine selected the 'Drinkin' Man' hitmaker as one of the 21 sexiest men over age 50. But choosing just a handful of over-the-hill lookers is no easy task. The magazine polled writers and editors to come up with their Men on Fire list.

While the sexy George Strait is only one who matters to us country fans, he's in good company. He's joined on the list by the likes of mega-handsome movie stars George Clooney, Colin Firth, Denzel Washington and Liam Neeson.

Of course, all of the 21 men who made the list have aged well looks-wise, but the writers and editors also considered humor, brain power, artistic ability, generosity and other great characteristics that can add to a man's sex appeal.

Although Straight is of the age for an AARP membership -- and only a few years away from being eligible for Social Security -- he hasn't shown any signs of slowing down his legendary country music career. Even after 30 years in the music biz, he is still breaking records. In March, Strait scored his 59th No. 1 hit when 'Love's Gonna Make It Alright' rose to the top of the country charts. The King of Country is the only artist to have 85 of 90 radio singles reach the Top 10.

Now that the country music legend's latest single 'Drinkin' Man' is climbing the charts, he might be able to make that number 86 out of 91. And he looks darn good doing it, too!
