Gretchen Wilson will be putting on an intimate holiday benefit concert tonight, Dec. 23, at her daughter Grace's school, the McClain Academy in Lebanon, Tenn. The benefit concert will feature holiday classics, such as Wilson's rendition of Gayla Peevy's 1953 hit 'I Want a Hippopotamus for Christmas.' Wilson initially recorded the Christmas tune in 2009 with Grace and Grace's schoolmates.

The Gretchen Wilson and Friends Christmas Concert kicks off at 7PM. Tickets are $75, with all proceeds going to benefit the school. Check out the school's site for more details.

Wilson was just recently nominated for two Grammys: Best Country Song and Best Female Country Vocal Performance. Both nominations are for the acoustic love ballad 'I'd Love to Be Your Last,' featured on her 2010 album 'I Got Your Country Right Here.'
