Gwyneth Paltrow is continuing her quest for a full-fledged musical career. On the Oscars red carpet before the ceremony and her performance, Paltrow told 'Access Hollywood' that she is currently in discussions to secure a record deal. "We're talking about it now. So, we'll see," Paltrow said.

With her marriage to Coldplay frontman Chris Martin, her starring role as a country singer in 'Country Strong,' her reprisal of her character on 'Glee' and her performance of 'Forget You'/'F--- You' with Cee Lo Green at this year's Grammys, Paltrow is truly transitioning into a music star.

Still, Paltrow was a bit nervous about her Oscar telecast performance of her hit song 'Coming Home' from 'Country Strong.'

The A-lister also explained, "This [performance] feels hard, because the Grammys [were] so much fun and it was silly. This is very serious. I'm like, 'Geez, it's a serious song and I'm by myself up there.' I hope it's alright!"

Even Oscar winners get butterflies and nerves before a big event!
