More arrests are being made in the case of the abduction and murder of Holly Bobo.

Bobo, a 20-year-old nursing student from Darden, Tenn. and the cousin of country singer Whitney Duncan, went missing in April of 2011. Her remains were only recently discovered -- nearly three years later, on Sept. 7, 2014 -- in a wooded area of Decatur Country, Tenn.

So far, four men have been arrested and charged for their connection to the case. Now, John Dylan Adams, the brother of one of these men has also been brought into police custody. According to the Jackson Sun, Adams has been charged by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) with tampering with evidence.

"On September 17, 2014, this agent heard Dylan Adams tell other agent with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation that on April 13, 2011, Dylan Adams disposed of item(s) he knew possessed evidentiary value relating to Holly Bobo," says an official affidavit with details for the arrest.

Adams, the youngest brother of Zachary Adams (who has been charged with aggravated kidnapping and first-degree murder in connection with Bobo's death), was arrested on a warrant, but has not yet been indicted. At the time of his arrest, Dylan Adams was already being held on federal charges involving an previous indictment from Sept. 16. 2013, alleging that he knowingly "possessed, received, concealed, stored, bartered, sold and disposed of a stolen firearm" in July of 2013.

TBI spokesperson Josh DeVine says that this latest charge indicates the TBI's continued determination to bring justice to everyone involved in Bobo's disappearance and death. "We are going to do whatever it takes to find justice for the friends and family of Holly Bobo," says DeVine, "and follow evidence where it might lead."

Along with the arrest of Dylan Adams, Zachary Adams is also facing additional charges for trying to coerce his younger brother not to talk about his knowledge of the Bobo case. The TBI have announced this additional charge of witness coercion after Zachary allegedly approached a fellow inmate at the Chester County Jail to pass a message to Dylan, who was being held in the Obion County Jail in connection with his stolen gun charges. According to the Sun, the message from the elder Adams to his brother said, "Tell my brother he is the one who started this [expletive] and if he don’t shut his mouth he will be in the hole beside her."

Along with the Adams brothers, three other men have been charged in Bobo's death. Jason Wayne Autry has been indicted under charges of aggravated kidnapping and first-degree murder, while brothers Jeffrey and Mark Pearcy have been charged with tampering with evidence and accessory after the fact.
