It’s Miranda Lambert’s Tattoo!

Miranda Lambert got this tattoo shortly before her May 2011 wedding to Blake Shelton, but it didn't have anything to do with him. The heart with four dots above it is a paw print and the logo of her MuttNation Foundation, which helps animal charities nationwide.

Lambert also has a tattoo of two six-shooters with wings on the inside of her left forearm. That one is by far the more famous of her inkings, but using it for the 'Whose Tattoo is This?' trivia game would have been much too easy. The singer says she got that tat to honor her success as a performer... and her dad hates it.
