Harter took nearly 85 percent of the vote over Wilson's 'Chariot,' and now he moves on to face 'Smokin' and Drinkin',' Lambert's new single featuring Little Big Town. Lambert debuted the song live on the CMA Awards Wednesday night (Nov. 5).
