Jake Owen didn't land on any Best Dressed lists with his leopard print -- or "cheetah print," as he referred to it -- blazer at the 2012 CMA Awards last week. In fact, it had quite the opposite effect, although it probably didn't ruffle Owens' feathers to be criticized over clothes. However,  the singer and expectant father shared a photo of himself, top to toe in golf gear, which he appears decidedly more comfortable in.

He tweeted the photo, even making reference to his previous red carpet attire, captioning the image with:
"From Cheetah print, to @pumagolf. Gotta look good to play good. Game on."

Well, we must admit, Owen certainly looks ready for the golf green in bright yellow shorts and a hot pink polo shirt. At least he's not wearing those plaid pants reserved for many fellow golfers. Those are just plain hideous and not even a star as handsome as Owen could make those look stylish.

The singer certainly looks good to play good. While the colors are a bit bright, it's attire for an outdoor sporting event and we like it better than his CMAs topper.
