A rib injury may have held Jana Kramer back, but it didn't prevent her tango from getting one of the best scores during Monday night's performance episode of Dancing With the Stars.

Kramer and partner Gleb Savchenko danced to "I Don't Want to Be," a Gavin DeGraw song used as the theme song of One Tree Hill. Kramer was one of the stars of One Tree Hill before committing full time to country music. The judges agreed that Kramer's injury visibly held her back. Carrie Ann Inaba noted that it was a challenging dance to get through, but her heart was "1,000 percent there."

Kramer's tango earned a score of 29 out of a possible 40. That was tied for fourth highest of the night, with Laurie Hernandez and Val Chmerkovskiy leading the way with a 32. All performers danced to popular television theme songs. Hernandez chose the theme from Duck Tales, while former NFL player Calvin Johnson chose the theme from Family Matters. Jaleel White (Urkel) surprised him when it was over.

One pairing will be sent home after Tuesday night's results show. Kramer has indicated she will continue to fight through a strained rib muscle even thought doctors told her not to. The elimination episode begins at 8PM ET on ABC.
