Batter up! Jason Aldean will strap on his cleats and step up to the plate on Sunday, July 10 for the 2011 Taco Bell All-Star Legends & Celebrity Softball Game as a part of the MLB All-Star Week in Phoenix, Az.

While Aldean will be the only country star to run the bases, he won't be the only celebrity. Music idols Nick Jonas of the Jonas Brothers and 'American Idol' winner Jordin Sparks will also be in attendance, as well as television celebs like 'Glee' / 'Taylor and Shania' star Chord Overstreet, 'Extreme Makeover: Home Edition' face Paul Dimeo, and 'Grey's Anatomy' star Jesse Williams.

Of course, the primped screen and sound stars will have their work cut out for them. A handful of big-league players and former All-Stars are scheduled to play, in addition to seasoned Hall of Fame players like Ernie Banks, Rollie Fingers, Goose Gossage, Rickey Henderson and Ozzie Smith.

More names will be announced at a later date, so Aldean could get a country-style partner in crime, if he's lucky. We just hope he can hold his own on the baseball field like he can on those Nashville stages.

Want to attend? Tickets for the celeb-filled Taco Bell All-Star game are available through Ticketmaster, or here. If you can't make it out to Arizona that weekend, the game will air on ESPN after the State Farm Home Run Derby on Monday, July 11 at around 10:30 PM ET.
