Jason Aldean has accomplished a lot in his career, but this is especially massive. The Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) has recognized the star as the Top Male Country Artist in the history of their Digital Gold & Platinum Awards -- and he's only 37 years old!

The 'Burnin' It Down' singer has notched more than 21.5 million cumulative RIAA Digital Single Certifications to date, counting song downloads and on-demand streams, solidifying the fact that he's a mega favorite in the genre.

With this on his resume, who knows what the next 37 years could hold for Aldean?

"This is such a huge honor, and one that everyone on my team earned together," the singer says in a statement. "I love country music, and I wouldn't want to be doing anything else … there was never a Plan B for me. I can't thank the RIAA or country music fans enough for helping us get to this level … it's unbelievable!"

Aldean's popularity just keeps growing. His smoking new single 'Burnin’ It Down' ranked as the top selling single in the country in all genres and marked his biggest career debut ever at country radio.

The country star just finished up five stadium dates on his Burn It Down 2014 Tour, and even though he's busy on the road, Aldean is also working on a new album, which will give fans a chance to download even more songs from the singer ... with the chance to make history once again.
