Just a few days after taking home the coveted Entertainer of the Year title at the 2018 ACM Awards on Sunday (April 15), Jason Aldean was back on his media blitz for his new album, Rearview Town. On Tuesday night (April 17), Aldean graced the stage at The Late Show with Stephen Colbert to perform his current single, "You Make It Easy."

Donning his iconic cowboy hat and a black leather jacket, Aldean did country music proud yet again on Colbert, much like he made the genre proud when he accepted the 2018 Entertainer of the Year title.

"It's been a rough year and I just want to say thanks to everybody that reached out to us and showed us love and support over the last six months,” he said at the ACMs podium. “It meant the world to us. To my Route 91 people, you guys are in my heart always and we love Las Vegas. Vegas strong, baby — thank you so much."

From here, Aldean will continue his trip around the Big Apple, next performing on the Today show on Wednesday (April 18). He will wrap up his very busy week with a SiriusXM Rearview Town album release show at the New Opry City Stage in New York City.

And while Aldean will then have a little time to hopefully spend at home with his wife and kids, he will quickly be back at it — his High Noon Neon Tour begins on May 10.
