We think we know what Jason Aldean and wife Brittany will name their baby boy. After much research, some analysis of their individual family trees and a study of recent trends, we've decided the little boy's name will be ...

Well, first, let us explain our process. William was actually the most popular baby boy name of 2016 in the couple's respective home states of North Carolina and Georgia. William Aldean sounds good, but remember, his real last name is Williams.

And, uh, William Williams? That's just mean. Noah and Lucas are also popular, but it'd probably be a little strange for the country superstar to introduce baby Luke to his good friend Luke Bryan.

10 of the Best Country Music Baby Names

Both Aldean and Kerr's families have a long history of fairly simple names — including parents Barry, Debbie, Donald and Debbie. The exception is girls on Aldean's side of the family. He has a sister named Kasi (pronounced like Cassie) and two daughters from his first marriage, Keeley and Kendyl.

And that's how we got where we're going.

Among the 100 most popular boy names in America lately, there has to be a "K" name, right? Yep — Kingston is in! Baby Kingston Aldine Williams. We'll call him King for short, if they don't mind.

Aldean's summer is packed, meaning he'll hardly have time to plan for baby boy, whose real name has not been revealed. It's not clear when Brittany is due — she wasn't showing off a bump when she wore a crop top dress at the 2017 ACM Awards. They shared the happy news a few weeks later, which means they're likely expecting in the fall or early winter.

In the meantime, Aldean will be on the They Don't Know Tour with Chris Young, Kane Brown and DeeJay Silver and at the 2017 Taste of Country Music Festival.
