Madeline Leigh DeMarcus, daughter of Rascal Flatts bassist Jay DeMarcus and CMT host Allison DeMarcus, made her national TV debut over the weekend on 'CMT Insider.' As previously reported, Madeline was born on Dec. 17, 2010.

"She is definitely the love of our lives," mom Allison says. "We had a crazy and hectic Christmas, but it was the best one yet. We even made her first hand print ornament on Christmas Eve so we can always remember how tiny her little hands were."

The 'CMT Insider' episode showed the first shots of the new baby's nursery, done in white and gold. Her ornate crib holds a very special part of her mom’s past: her favorite baby doll, Victoria. Allison says, "She’s a little old now but I’ve washed her up, washed her clothes and she’s good as new."

The newest member of the family has a full head of thick black hair, and Allison recalls that “when they first brought her to me from the nursery they had it spiked up and she looked exactly like her dad, circa 2004.” Was she ever right! Daddy and daughter look exactly the same, and there is absolutely no mistaking whose little girl she is.

Rascal Flatts' tour kicks off Jan. 14 in Sioux Falls, S.D. For information on meet and greets and tickets, head to their official site for more details.
