Jennifer Nettles' new song 'That Girl' narrowly edged out country newcomers Brothers Osborne earlier this week, setting up a matchup with two country legends. Hank Williams, Jr. and Merle Haggard will take on the Sugarland singer-turned-solo-vocalist this weekend. Fans of both will have 70 hours to decide the better song.

Williams has released 'I Think I'll Just Stay Here and Drink' as his new single from 'Old School New Rules.' The track is a cover of Haggard's song from the early '80s, and ol' Merle gives his blessing by appearing on the cut. It's a shorter, but rowdier, take on the song. There's no shortage of country attitude as these two men trade lyrics.

Listen to clips of both Nettles' and Williams Jr.'s songs and vote for your favorite here. You can vote once every hour until this Showdown ends on Monday at 8AM ET, so come back and vote often to be sure your artist wins. The winner of this matchup will face a new challenger on Monday.

Showdown Rules: The song with the most votes wins, and the winner goes on to face a new challenger in the next Showdown. Vote as much as once per hour online. If a song wins five Showdowns in a row, it will be retired into the Taste of Country Showdown Hall of Fame to allow for new songs to compete. Some songs will be considered for a second Showdown if voter turnout is healthy in a losing effort.
