Joe Diffie's day got off to a bit of a rough start on Friday (Aug. 31), when a fire broke out on his bus as it cruised down the road early in the morning. The fire apparently started around 3:15AM, but thankfully, Diffie and his crew were able to quickly diffuse the situation.

"Had a small bus fire this morning," Diffie wrote on his Facebook page, sharing the picture of burnt cables. "Had to stop and evacuate everyone. Scary for a minute! All ok now! Thanks to everyone at Vernell's Truck Stop for getting us back on the road!"

Diffie is certainly not the first country star to face a fire while in the line of duty -- playing music. In fact, there has been a long list of related incidents recently. Just last week, Frankie Ballard had a fire on stage while performing in South Dakota.

Other bus fires have been big news in recent months, as Jerrod Niemann, Randy Houser and Lee Brice will tell you. Niemann started a second fire, so to speak, for a picture he shared with fans after his home on wheels went up in flames. Also, Chris Young just narrowly escaped a bus escapade of his own in July.

Thankfully, Diffie and his boys are fine and are back on the road.
