Joey and Rory Feek welcomed their only child together, a daughter named Indiana (Indy for short), on Feb. 17, 2014. The munchkin is now five years old and just celebrated her fifth birthday with a themed party that included a costume.

Joey Feek died after a battle with cervical cancer on March 4, 2016 — two weeks after Indy turned 2. She had made it her goal to celebrate her daughter's February birthday, and even though she was on hospice at the time, she made it.

Rory has been raising Indy alongside his two older daughters from a previous relationship, Heidi and Hopie, and the family recently threw Indy a Disney Tangled birthday party to commemorate the special day. Heidi shared a cute picture to Instagram that shows Indy dressed as Rapunzel, down to a long braided wig. Pictures indicate Indy had the time of her life on her birthday, and she even got to visit Walt Disney World recently!

The Feeks welcomed Indy in February 2014 in a home birth. Joey opted not to have testing or ultrasounds during her pregnancy, so the couple was unaware that the baby they were expecting had Down syndrome until she was born. In a blog post at the time, Rory admitted they "wouldn't have changed a thing."

"We trusted that God would give us the baby He wanted us to have … and He has. Out of all the parents in the world, He has chosen us to care for and raise this special gift," he said.
