It’s John Rich’s House!

John Rich is something of an expert of self-promotion, so it was second nature for him to get in front of the camera to sell his first house Ronco style. We're not sure if he fulfilled his promise to "personally come over with a big ol’ bottle of champagne and I’ll pour you the first glass,” though. The complete video is available to view here. According to Zillow, Rich bought the home in 2005 and helped finish it. 

Rich's new house caused a stir with his neighbors for being so tall. It's jokingly referred to as Mt. Richmore. One source says there are mini-bars in every bedroom, an elevator, a two-car garage and a whole bunch of ultra-modern amenities that most people only dream of. There is also plenty of exterior light, supposedly meant to keep nosy neighbors from seeing the cool stuff inside.
