The Brentwood, Tenn. lawyer who was arrested for stalking John Rich has been picked up for stalking again. This time, Mark Christopher Sevier is accused of stalking a 17-year-old female employee of a Ben & Jerry's ice cream shop in Nashville.

The Tennessean reports that Sevier is alleged to have followed the girl to work in July. The arrest warrant says the 36-year-old referenced a conversation the girl had with friends at a coffee shop several months earlier. More than once, he returned to Ben & Jerry's before an employee told him to leave.

"You don't want me for an enemy," Sevier reportedly said.

Police charged him with aggravated stalking and criminal impersonation upon arresting him on Wednesday morning (Sept. 4). His aggravated stalking charge from the John Rich incident is going to trial next week (Sept. 11).

In 2011, Sevier lost his law license after the state's Supreme Court ruled that he can't practice due to mental illness related to Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome from time spent serving in Iraq.
