Julianne Hough is a married woman! The actor, dancer and country singer wed professional hockey player Brooks Laich on Saturday (July 8) in an outdoor ceremony near Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.

The 29-year-old judge of Dancing With the Stars and the 34-year-old athlete married in front of 200 friends and family members, including Aaron Paul and Mark Ballas from DWTS, according to People.

"It was really important to me that we had our ceremony outdoors," Laich tells the magazine. "Julianne and I are very adventurous and free and wanted the setting to be in nature."

The wedding weekend began with a welcome dinner on Thursday night (July 6) at a local hotel, and the bride, groom and guests all spent Friday (July 7) on the lake at Coeur d’Alene Resort. Hough wore a Custom Marchesa gown and Lorraine Schwartz jewelry for the wedding ceremony, while Laich wore a Brooks Brothers tuxedo. Hough's father Bruce gave her away, and her brother Derek Hough served as one of the groomsmen. The couple's dogs served as ringbearers.

"I don’t think I ever really necessarily dreamed about my wedding as a kid," Hough tells People. "But I know I will always cherish and remember it for the rest of my life."

In addition to starring roles in Footloose and the TV live musical version of Grease, Hough is best known for her seasons as a dancer on Dancing With the Stars and has been a judge on the show since 2014. She released her self-titled debut country album in 2008 and scored her biggest hit that year with "That Song in My Head," which reached No. 18 on Billboard's Hot Country Songs chart. Laich is a Canadian ice hockey player who most recently played in the NHL for the Toronto Maple Leafs. He is currently an unrestricted free agent. The couple announced their engagement in August of 2015 after a year and a half of dating. Hough previously had high-profile relationships with country singer and radio personality Chuck Wicks and Ryan Seacrest.
