First comes a Johnny Cash cover, then comes ... a cowboy hat? Is Nashville next for Justin Bieber? His horse says yes!

Earlier this week, Bieber posted an Instagram video of him covering Cash's famed 'Ring of Fire.' Although it's extremely unlikely that means the Biebs is eyeing a country music career, it doesn't stop there. By Thursday, he'd thrown on a cowboy hat to go horseback riding!

In the photo above, Bieber is wearing the hat, pouting a little and looking the part in a denim shirt.  "They gave me the sad cowboy hat," he writes, sporting a ... well, a sad cowboy hat. Later, the Canadian pop singer and his new lid jumped on the back of a horse and rode into the sunset as if he were straight out of a Western!

The Biebs has found himself in the country music world before. In 2011, he won a CMT Music Award for his collaboration with Rascal Flatts on 'That Should Be Me.' The 20-year-old superstar even admits he enjoys country music! Although he's probably (read: hopefully) not switching formats, it's fun to wonder.

Judging by a recent selfie he posted, Biebs may even have a cowgirl to join him!
