When you think of country stars, you certainly don't think Justin Bieber. But Christmas is all about sharing and caring, and the 17-year-old pop hitmaker is sharing the spotlight with country trio the Band Perry on a new holiday track, 'Home This Christmas.'

Throughout the song, the foursome swap lines during the verses -- but when the chorus rolls around, it's one big Bieber/Band Perry caroling session:

"I'll be waiting under under the mistletoe, while you're driving here through the winter snow / Baby, think of me if it helps to get you home / The only gift that I really need is to have your arms wrapped around me / Baby, think of me if it helps to get you home / Home this Christmas."

'Home This Christmas' is just about everything we love in a Christmas song -- it's warm, fuzzy and melodic -- and it makes us want to snuggle up by the fire to roast a few chestnuts after a day of sledding. On top of that, despite the fact that the song appears under Bieber's catalog, the Band Perry get their fair share of vocal time.

We love Bieber's willingness to step outside of his comfort zone, though this isn't the first time that he's 'gone country.' Earlier this year, the 'Baby' superstar collaborated with Rascal Flatts on a remixed version of his song 'That Should Be Me.' The group even went on to record a music video for the song, which then earned them the 2011 CMT Award for Collaborative Video of the Year.

While we don't speculate that the Biebs will dive head first into a country music career of his own, we're pleased to see that artists in the boot-wearin' community has welcomed him with open arms. Bieber's 'Under the Mistletoe' hits shelves on Nov. 1.
