Why: When Justin Moore arrives at the Taste of Country Music Festival this June, he'll have his first headlining tour behind him. The ''Til My Last Day' singer announced Dustin Lynch and Jon Pardi will join him for the Outlaws Like Me Tour beginning March 14 in Kentucky. Moore says he's been going to school, learning from the superstars he's opened for in recent years, and is ready to take those lessons on the road.
