Poor Kacey Musgraves. The newly-minted Grammy nominee, who is up for several awards on Music’s Biggest Night including the all-genre Best New Artist category, sustained a minor injury while on set of her new video for ‘Follow Your Arrow,’ which drops soon.

The singer was cut on her leg after getting too close to a plant.

While it appears to be major “ouch” moment, Musgraves captioned the shot in humorous fashion, proving that the wound didn’t hurt so much that it dampened her humor.

“Got a little too friendly with a Yucca plant on the set of my new video for #followyourarrow #ouch #idomyownstunts. It comes out Monday @cmt @iheartradio,” she writes.

See the photo of the bloody gash on her leg below. It looks like it hurts, but Musgraves is a trooper! The newcomer also was nominated for in the Best Country Song category for ‘Merry Go ‘Round’ and for Best Country Album for ‘Same Trailer, Different Park.’

Congrats to the country music up-and-comer! We hope that leg heals quickly.
