Keith Urban has been known to give away guitars to fans, but a house? That's what one fan in Knoxville, Tenn. got Friday afternoon as Urban presented the keys to a new home to Regina Olum.

According to WBIR television in Knoxville, Olum was a recipient of a Habitat for Humanity home on "Music Row" in Knoxville. Urban joins Brooks and Dunn and Martina McBride as country stars who've donated proceeds from concerts to the Anderson Family Foundation, which in turn works to build the homes for Habitat for Humanity families.

"This experience has truly been a blessing," Olum, a big Urban fan, said at an afternoon ceremony. "You've made my house a home. I've met beautiful people along the way, and they keep going and going." Urban was also in town for Friday night's concert at Thompson Boling Arena.

"It's a beautiful thing when a house is so much more than walls and windows and a roof," Urban says. "It's a place where a family can start making memories." Urban and wife Nicole Kidman are personal friends with Moll Anderson, an interior designer and author, who along with her husband Charles formed the Anderson Family Foundation. Together they toured the new home with Olum.
