It seems like down-to-earth country couple Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman are coming... well, back down to earth. The duo is reportedly selling their 3,248 sq. ft. New York City duplex, which is located on the top floor of the apartment building.

The A-list couple's apartment features a teak wood floor, custom cabinets, a Boffi tub and a private car lift that transports their car to a private garage in the sky -- at their apartment. The duplex boasts glamorous views of the Chelsea area and the midtown skyline.

The cost? A mere $12.95 million.

Urban and Kidman currently own a home in the Leiper's Fork area outside of Nashville, which is where they raise their two daughters, Sunday Rose and Faith Margaret. Right now, the couple is busy traveling and working, as Kidman gears up to portray Grace Kelly in a biopic and Urban continues his stint as a judge on 'American Idol.'

Kidman recently spoke of her marriage to Urban to Harper's Bazaar. After describing herself as "deeply shy" and uncomfortable during her previous marriage to actor Tom Cruise, she paints her country star husband as being "more like an ocean, he took me out."

It's clear that the actress relishes her marriage to Urban. "He just gave me confidence," she says. "Through just being very kind to me and understanding me, opening me up to trying things, my sexuality, those sorts of things."
