It’s been a busy week for Keith Urban, and now, he reveals that he’ll spend Super Bowl Sunday working! That’s right. Just after he and A-list actress wife Nicole Kidman announced the birth of their daughter Faith via surrogate, Urban is announcing that he will perform at Super Bowl XLV on FOX during the pre-game show, which will be broadcast live and worldwide on Sunday, Feb. 6.

The pre-game festivities and coverage that Urban is slated to be a part of kick off at 2PM ET at Cowboys Stadium. So get your brews and buffalo wings, and tune in early so you can enjoy a little country music, courtesy of Urban.

Urban is no stranger to performing at the year-old Cowboys Stadium; millions tuned in to watch him perform there on Thanksgiving Day during the halftime celebration when the Cowboys hosted the reigning Super Bowl champion, the New Orleans Saints.

Urban will play songs from 'Get Closer,' which hit shelves last year. If you’re not a football fan, Keith Urban’s performance gives you a reason -- other than the commercials -- to tune into Super Bowl XLV.
