Keith Urban, ‘Without You’ – Video Spotlight

Keith Urban shares personal home movies with his fans during his new video 'Without You,' including images of his wedding to actress Nicole Kidman and scenes of the couple frolicking on the beach. The video features black-and-white footage of the country star performing alone in an elegant but sparsely decorated room, with clips from his personal footage playing on the walls behind him as he sings the tender love song.

Urban tells PEOPLE that when he first heard the song, written by Dave Pahanish and Joe West, "it was uncanny how much it was suited to my life. I think if I'd written something like this, I would have felt it wasn't poetically disguised enough. Maybe it's because I didn't write it [that] I was able to hear how authentic and truthful it is."
