Randy Travis' plaque in the Showdown Hall of Fame was all but carved, but Kellie Pickler's new song 'Little Bit Gypsy' upset the legend earlier this week. In a battle of North Carolina natives, the 27-year-old found more fans to vote for her song than Travis did to vote for 'Tonight I'm Playin' Possum.'

This weekend, Pickler will go up against one of the hottest acts in country music, a group that just announced their own headlining tour. The Band Perry have released 'Don't Let Me Be Lonely' as the third single from 'Pioneer.' The ballad showcases a new side of the album, and fans have already begun supporting it with heavy radio requests.

Listen to clips of both Pickler and the Band Perry's songs and vote for your favorite here. You can vote once every hour until this Showdown ends on Monday at 8AM ET, so come back and vote often to be sure your artist wins. The winner of this matchup will face a new challenger on Monday.

Showdown Rules: The song with the most votes wins, and the winner goes on to face a new challenger in the next Showdown. Vote as much as once per hour online. If a song wins five Showdowns in a row, it will be retired into the Taste of Country Showdown Hall of Fame to allow for new songs to compete. Some songs will be considered for a second Showdown if voter turnout is healthy in a losing effort.
