Kellie Pickler has been a clear standout so far on this season of 'Dancing With the Stars,' but she says she's glad to have the support of another country singer, expressing her admiration for castmate Wynonna Judd.

Pickler expressed doubts about her lack of dance experience prior to the show, but she tells Country Weekly that her cheerleading experience has helped her some. "It’s been quite some time, and cheerleading is a lot different than ballroom dancing," she admits. "But the thing that has helped me the most, my greatest strength, is my flexibility."

She's grown close to some of the other cast members -- particularly Dorothy Hamill, who had to bow out of the competition due to a recurring back injury. Pickler says she was "devastated" by that, adding, "I just had so many intimate and sweet conversations with her and she’s so kind, endearing and such a strong woman."

But she's also developed a strong affinity for Judd as the weeks have gone on. "I’m so glad I have another country girl out here," Pickler says. "She’s country royalty. She is someone that I admire and I look up to as well."

The singer continues, "She has an incredible story and is such a strong woman. I think she represents the women in country music and women in general. And she’s so funny."
