Kelly Clarkson's daughter, River Rose, is learning a thing or two about parenting from her mom. The 2-year-old already knows the importance of bath time — even if she easily confuses a bathtub with a bidet.

Clarkson is making the rounds promoting her children's book, appropriately named after her daughter, River Rose and the Magical Lullaby. While in New York to do Entertainment Tonight, Extra TV and the Today Show, Clarkson and River stayed in what appears to be a hotel with a fancy bidet (you know, for keeping clean).

River Rose saw the bathroom feature and figured it was time to give her baby a bath! She plopped the doll right down in the bidet while Clarkson snapped a picture to remember the hilarious moment for years to come. The "Because of You" singer shared the photo on Twitter, explaining that, "River Rose thinks it's a baby bath tub," with a crying laughing emoji and some hilarious hashtags: #bidetbathsarethebest and #sofreshandsocleanclean.

River is Clarkson's oldest child, who turned two this summer. In April of this year, Clarkson welcomed a son, Remington Alexander, with her husband Brandon Blackstock. Blackstock also has two children from a previous marriage.

Once her book tour is over, Clarkson will stay busy through the holidays by leading the Nashville Christmas parade and performing at this year's National Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony.
