Kenny Chesney has announced the dates for his Big Revival Tour.

The country superstar will make his long-awaited return to the stage in the home of country music. He’ll kick off his upcoming tour with a gig at Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena on March 26.

Tickets to the show are set to go on sale on Friday, Jan. 23 at 10AM. The tour will take Chesney through the summer, including nearly two dozen NFL stadium gigs and select festival appearances.

“This has been an amazing year in terms of the music we made, the songs written, the adventures had and especially what’s gone into this tour!” Chesney says in a press release. “So many people have contributed, and I thought by starting off where so many of them live, they can see what we’ve built before I take it out on the road!”

The Nashville gig falls on Chesney’s birthday. He hints at some possible surprise guests on stage that night.

“You know, when you’re playing where everybody lives — and they know it’s a party, well, all kinds of people show up! So with the kinds of friends I have, who knows what kind of music we’ll be making before the night’s done,” he muses.

“I just know that after a year and a half off, I’m so ready to get out there and make new music, to see the fans and hear them sing these songs back to us! I’m especially charged to hear the new songs, because, well, that’s part of why I recorded the ones that made the record,” adds the star.

Chesney released his latest album, ‘The Big Revival,’ in September. Its first single, ‘American Kids,’ scored him his 25th No. 1 hit. His current single, ‘Til It’s Gone,’ seems likely to also reach the top spot. He’s drafted some of the top talent in country music for his upcoming road trek; Jake Owen and Chase Rice will serve as his support acts, while the stadium dates will include a revolving lineup of Jason Aldean, Eric Church and Brantley Gilbert.

“Just like making this record, we had time to really get creative about the show,” Chesney states. “Some of the most creative people I know were thinking about stage design, lights, video screens — even what the set list is going to be! After all this time, when we hit the stage, we’re gonna be all out. And I’m so glad we can kick it off in Nashville where so many of my friends are.”
